Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your BlazeFiit account and personal data.
How to request deletion
In the BlazeFiit mobile app (recommended)
- Open the BlazeFiit app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. Deletion is immediate.

Email support@blazefiit.com from the address linked to your account. We process manual requests within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data, including:
- Profile information (name, email, fitness profile)
- Workout logs, body measurements, goals, and progress photos
- Meal logs and assigned workout or meal plans
- Messages, notifications, and push notification tokens
- Health and sleep sync data connected to your account
- XP, badges, and challenge participation
- Gym memberships associated with your account
- Your login credentials
If you are the only coach for a gym, deleting your account also removes that gym and its associated data (programs, clients, and gym settings).
Data we may retain for legal, security, or billing purposes is described in our Privacy Policy.
Processing time
Self-service deletion in the app or on this page takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
