Frequently Asked Questions

How do I join a gym?

BlazeFiit uses an invite-only model. Your coach will send you an invite link via email or text message. Tap the link to create your account (or sign in if you already have one) and you’ll be automatically added to their gym. You cannot browse or join gyms on your own — an invite from your coach is required.

How do I sync my health data (steps, sleep, etc.)?

BlazeFiit supports Apple Health (iPhone), Health Connect (Android), and Google Health cloud sync (Fitbit, Pixel Watch). For detailed setup instructions, troubleshooting, and a comparison table, see our Health Sync Guide.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If you still have trouble, email us at support@blazefiit.com.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account instantly in the app under Settings → Delete account, or visit our account deletion page. You can also email support@blazefiit.com from the address linked to your account. Manual requests are processed within 30 days, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

How do I contact my coach?

Open the BlazeFiit app and navigate to the Messages tab. Select your coach’s name to start or continue a conversation. If you don’t see your coach listed, make sure you’ve accepted their gym invite and are a member of their gym.

I'm a coach — how do I create a gym?

Sign up for a BlazeFiit account and select the Coach role during onboarding. Once your account is set up, go to Settings > Gym to create your gym. From there you can customize your gym name, invite clients via email or shareable link, and manage your roster. If you need help getting started, email us at support@blazefiit.com.

My invite link expired — what do I do?

Invite links expire after a set period for security reasons. Ask your coach to send you a new invite. If you’re having trouble reaching your coach, email support@blazefiit.com with the coach or gym name and we’ll help get you connected.
